General Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Dog-Insight.com. These general terms and conditions describe the rules and regulations for the use of the services of Dog-Insight.com. By using these services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions apply: 

(Name Owner): The owner of the sole proprietorship.

(Customer): The natural person or legal entity that uses the services of the sole proprietorship.

(Services): All services and products offered by the sole proprietorship.

These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements and deliveries of services by (Name Sole Proprietorship) to the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All quotations and offers made by Dog-Insight.com are without obligation, unless expressly stated otherwise.

A quotation or offer lapses if a product or service is no longer available in the meantime.

Dog-Insight.com cannot be held to its quotations or offers if the customer can reasonably understand that the quotation or a part thereof contains an obvious mistake or clerical error.

The stated prices are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

In the event of late payment, the customer is in default by operation of law. The customer will then owe interest equal to the statutory interest.

Delivery of services and products takes place at the agreed time and the agreed place.

Dog-Insight.com will execute the agreement to the best of its knowledge and ability and in accordance with the requirements of good workmanship.

All delivery periods are indicative. The customer cannot derive any rights from any stated periods.

Dog-Insight.com is only liable for direct damage that is the direct result of intent or gross negligence on the part of Dog-Insight.com. Dog-Insight.com is never liable for indirect damage, including consequential damage, loss of profit, missed savings and damage due to business interruption.

In the event of force majeure, including illness of the owner, disruptions in the internet, disruptions in email traffic and disruptions or changes in services provided by third parties, Dog-Insight.com is entitled to suspend or terminate the agreement, without any obligation to pay compensation.

Dog-Insight.com reserves the right to amend or supplement these general terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect 30 days after notification to the customer. If the customer does not agree with the amendments, the customer has the right to terminate the agreement as of the date on which the amendments take effect.
